Welcome to VitalFood
Jean is a Dietitian specializing in the treatment & prevention of Eating Disorders. She considers it a privilege to provide information and support to those looking for peace with food and their bodies. A graduate of Baylor University, a registered dietitian, and licensed by the State of Texas, Jean has been practicing nutrition therapy for more than 20 years. As a personal trainer, certified by the Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, Jean promotes balance through nourishment and body movement. The mind/body connection is essential for the flow of energy and growth. This process is explored in creative ways such as: equine therapy, horticulture, art, cooking, grocery, and restaurant experiences. Jean's extensive clinical and counseling experience, along with her own recovery story, provide her with the ability to relate to and educate individuals along their journey toward better health and healing. Jean is thriving in the North Dallas area with her husband of 13 years, 6-year-old daughter, and 12-year-old Australian cattle dog.
